Residents of remote settlements can receive services of JSC "UAPF" in the offices of JSC "Kazpost"
Almaty, Kazakhstan - In order to cover pension services in remote areas of the country, JSC “UAPF” and JSC “Kazpost” launched a joint project to provide services to depositors and beneficiaries of JSC “UAPF” in JSC “Kazpost” filial branches. The memorandum and agency agreement on the provision of pension services through postal units in remote areas of the country between JSC “UAPF” and JSC “Kazpost” were signed in 2018. Now, after the training of the operators of JSC “Kazpost”, pension services are being introduced in the settlements where there are no service centers of JSC “UAPF”. Now residents of 94 settlements with an economically active population of more than 2 thousand people can receive pension services through the national postal operator.
The provision of services through the operator of the Kazakh national postal network connected settlements in Aktobe, Almaty, Atyrau, East Kazakhstan, Zhambyl, West Kazakhstan, Karaganda, Kyzylorda, Kostanay, Mangystau, North Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions. In Kazpost departments, residents of these villages and settlements can receive the following services:
• submission of applications for change / addition of additional details of the depositor (recipient) (ID number, telephone number, email and postal addresses);
• signing an agreement on changing (determining) the way of informing (including access to the services of JSC “UAPF” in electronic format).
Thus, the presence of the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund in the Republic in 2019 will increase by 43.7%.
The JSC “Kazpost” has the widest branch network in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The plans of JSC "UAPF" provides for a further expansion of its presence in the regions through the offices of JSC "Kazpost".
